Questions before you pay

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plus is a subscription you manage in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel there at least 24 hours before it renews and you won’t be charged again; Plus stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

What happens after the free trial?

Your plan starts on day 7 and the store charges you. In the app, CarMatter reminds you two days before, so you can cancel first if Plus isn’t for you.

Can my family use it?

Yes. Plus covers every car in the household, shared with up to 6 people. Each person uses CarMatter on their own phone, signed in.

Does Plus work on all my phones?

Yes. Sign in on each phone and your cars, receipts and documents stay in sync.

Do I need an account?

Not for Free: your records stay on your phone. Sharing with the household and syncing between phones need you to sign in, because the records then travel through CarMatter’s servers in the EU.

Where am I charged?

In the app, through your App Store or Google Play account, in your own currency.
